A: We do our best to process and ship All orders within one business day. If you place an order on the weekend or a holiday, items will ship the next business day. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email once the item has shipped. If there are any unexpected shipping delays the purchaser will be notified.
Q: Can packages be tracked?
A: You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped so that you can track the package in transit all the way to your door.
Q: Is my package insured?
A: Yes! Insurance is included in the cost of shipping. The package will be fully insured for the full value of the item you purchased, ALWAYS.
Q: What is your international shipping policy?
A: We have a wide delivery area. If you're one of our international customers, please contact our team to get more details on possible shipping restrictions and options.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Orders over $200 qualify for free expedited shipping.
Q: How do you calculate shipping and handling costs?
A: Shipping rates vary with every purchase, however for orders under $200, we choose to use a flat shipping rate of $3.25. This amount is subject to change as postage rates increase. The $3.25 charge is accurate as of May 26, 2025.
Q: What if my package is lost during delivery?
A: Our shipping and handling strategy has you covered if an item gets lost in transit. Since all of our shipments are insured, a lost package won't have a lasting impact. We'll either send a comparable coin or refund the full cost. Please know that as an online retailer of rare coins our stock varies. If the coin that you bought is a frequently purchased item or extremely rare, we may not be able to replace the item, so we would opt to refund the purchase in full. Rest assured, you will always either receive your item, or be completely refunded if a situation occurs that the item(s) cannot be delivered.
Q: Can an item be returned?
A: Returns are factored into our shipping and handling process. If the coin is still in the same condition as when it arrived and it's been less than 30 days since you received the coin, simply return it in a padded envelope. We’ll refund you 100%, no questions asked. The only costs incurred are the shipping costs to send the item back to us.
If you wish to return an item that is past the 30-day returns period, please reach out to us, and we can explore options. We have never denied a request to return a coin to us. Depending on the purchase method, there may be a restocking fee equal to the selling fees GSC incurred that can no longer be credited back to us.
