Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling is FREE on all Bullion and Rare Coin purchases.
Coin Books & Supply Shipments
s/h rate will be based on a per product rate up to an order total of $100.00. All Books and Supply orders over $100.00 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING. Coin supplies and book orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).
SHIPPING INSURANCE IS INCLUDED AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. All Great Southern Coins orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service), and/or FedEx (Federal Express). All packages are shipped fully insured and a customer signature is required at the time of delivery. Customers should allow 5 to 7 business days to receive their shipment after the order has been processed, funds have been verified, and all security measures have been verified. These measures are put in place to protect the customer and Great Southern Coins.
Due to the volatility of the precious metals markets, all Bullion Purchases are final. Returns on bullion purchases will only be honored in the form of an exchange.
Rare Coins Purchases: At Great Southern Coins, customer service and customer satisfaction is very important to us. Great Southern Coins has a five (5) day unconditional return policy on the purchase of all rare coins if notified within five (5) calendar days of the receipt of the merchandise.
- All returned coins must be in their original holder
- All return requests must be made within 5 calendar days of receipt of the merchandise. (When returning merchandise, please include the item number. This will expedite the refund process.)
Great Southern Coins is committed to providing you with unsurpassed security and protection of your personal information. Great Southern Coins will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Examples of this information are: name, address, email, phone number, and credit card information. This information is needed to complete orders. Never under any circumstances would we at Great Southern Coins every sell or release your personal information to third parties except if it's required by law, court order, or by judicial or governmental investigations. After orders are completed, credit card information and/or banking information is securely deleted after each transaction.
When using Great Southern Coins website, www.greatsoutherncoins.com, in addition to other services provided by Great Southern Holdings, LLC (“Great Southern Coins”) you are agreeing to the terms, of the Great Southern Coins Purchase Agreement as well as all Great Southern Coins policies. These services include, but are not limited to, purchasing from Great Southern Coins, selling products to Great Southern Coins, using Great Southern Coin’s chart data, using Great Southern Coin’s “Track this item” price alert, and placing orders with Great Southern Coins, both on the phone and/or using the Great Southern Coins website, www.greatsoutherncoins.com
Prior to completing a purchase and/or placing an order with Great Southern Coins, you must agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Great Southern Coins Purchase Agreement and the Great Southern Coins Order Cancellation policy.
By using Great Southern Coins services and/or placing an order with Great Southern Coins, either over the phone or using the Great Southern Coins website, www.greatsoutherncoins.com, you are representing to Great Southern Coins that you are aware of the risks involved with purchasing precious metals, bullion, and/or rare coins. Additionally, you warrant that you have the knowledge and experience to make your independent decision to complete your purchase and/or sale with Great Southern Coins, and Great Southern Coins is not advising you in regards to such purchase or sale. In addition, you intentionally and specifically acknowledge that you are subject to a variety of risks and Great Southern Coins is not responsible or liable for those risks.
Transfer and Assignment: The terms of all the Great Southern Coins policies and agreements are binding between Great Southern Coins, it’s appropriate assigns and successors and you. You may not, under any circumstances assign or transfer any of your obligations and rights under the terms of these polices and agreements without the prior written acknowledgment and consent of Great Southern Coins. This consent may be withheld or granted at the sole discretion of Great Southern Coins.
Governing State: The terms of this agreement and all polices shall be governed under the laws of the State of Texas.
Great Southern Coins Purchase Agreement
All investments involve risk. Coins and bullion are no exception to this rule. The value of coins and bullion is subject to market activity. These market activities include, but are not limited to world financial events and demand. In light of this, all customers should be prepared for market fluctuation when entering into a precious metals purchase. Due to the fact that all investments can decline in price, you should understand the risks prior to making any investment in rare coins and precious metals. You shall not hold Great Southern Coins, any of its employees, directors, officers, or owners liable for any market losses, loss in value or damages incurred when purchasing precious metals from Great Southern Coins.
Checkout Process: From the time that a customer starts the check-out process, a ten minute timer is started. This gives the customer security that the prices shown at the time the timer starts are locked in for ten minutes to allow the customer time to complete the purchase process. If the customer is paying via bank wire, check, or money order, Great Southern Coins will obtain the customer’s credit card information during checkout process. This information must be provided for identity verification purposes and to secure the customer’s order. Credit card payments and payments via Pay Pal will be completed and paid in full during the ten minutes checkout process. This will guarantee the customer’s locked in metal prices.
Customers who have chosen Bank Wire, Check and/or Money Order as their payment method must contact Great Southern Coins office within 24 hours of the order to complete the payment process and/or specify the payment method and mailing arrangements for all mailed payments. All mailed payments under $10,000.00 must be received within five (5) business days from the time the order is completed. All mailed payments over $10,000 must be received within three (3) business days from the time the order is completed.
In the case of weekend or holiday orders, the customer must contact Great Southern Coins the morning of the next business day. (GREAT SOUTHERN COINS TOLL FREE NUMBER: 1-888-409-8344) (NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, MONDAY – FRIDAY) If Great Southern Coins is not contacted in accordance with this purchase agreement, and/or payment is not received in accordance with the terms of this purchase agreement, Great Southern Coins reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel the order. Please see Great Southern Coins Order Cancellation Policy regarding fees involved when cancelling an order.
As a means of fraud prevention, Great Southern Coins reserves the right to put a hold on an order and/or cancel an order if proper identity verification is not provided or if customer representative feels there is suspicious activity surrounding a specific purchase process. In addition, Great Southern Coins has the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, computer-related problems, incorrect descriptions, sudden movement in the precious metals market, and any other unforeseen event that is out of the control of Great Southern Coins.
Great Southern Coins Order Cancellation Policy
Because of the volatility of the metals markets, Great Southern Coins will charge a 5% order cancellation fee in the event the customer cannot complete the payment process after the order has been completed and the customer has agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the Great Southern Coins Purchase Agreement. We understand that unforeseen events occur and sometimes orders must be cancelled. However, once an order is completed, the customer has entered into a binding agreement with Great Southern Coins agreeing to make payment in full for the order in accordance with the Great Southern Coins Purchase Agreement specified above.
In the event the customer cannot complete the payment in the required time period specified in the Great Southern Coins Purchase Agreement, Great Southern Coins will assume that the order has been cancelled. At that time, Great Southern Coins will charge a 5% order cancellation fee to the credit card provided by the customer during the checkout process. The 5% will be based on the total order price. This charge will take place regardless of the changes in the market value. If a customer desires to cancel a Credit Card order, after the time of purchase, the cancellation can only be completed over the telephone. Customers must speak to a Great Southern Coins customer representative to cancel the order. Order cancellations will not be honored if they are requested via email and/or voicemail. All cancelled credit card orders will be subject to the 5% cancellation fee as well.
“Verified Funds” Policy
Verified funds is the day we receive your bank wire and typically no more than ten (10) days from the time we received your mailed payment (Personal Check, Business Check, Cashier’s Check, Bank Check and/or Money Order). We will expedite the “Verified Funds” process as much as possible, but in some situations there are circumstances that are out of Great Southern Coins control. If the issuing bank or financial institution of the paper payment is not cooperative in helping Great Southern Coins verify the payment information, this will cause additional delays. If a quicker turn around time is needed for the order, we recommend using a bank wire as your selected form of payment.
Great Southern Coins System Failure Policy
Great Southern Coins does everything in its power to make its customer’s purchase experience go smoothly and efficiently. However, rarely there are technical issues that are sometimes out of our control. If such an issue causes an order to be processed incorrectly or to go unprocessed, the customer can contact us immediately, and we can reprocess the order at the current market prices.
