Notify Us
Let us know that you plan to make a return and when you plan to send your purchase back. This helps us process your refund faster, especially if an item arrived damaged. -
Package It Securely
Return items should ideally be kept in the original product packaging that it was received in and placed in a padded envelope to ensure the coin is protected during shipment. We highly recommend that customers insure the package for at least the item's sale price. -
Send It Back Within 30 Days
Make sure the return has a postmark date within 30 days of receiving the item. -
Item Inspection
Once we receive your package we will inspect the item, separate from any original packaging. If there is damage we will follow up with you to discuss the matter. Customers should know that this is not left up to the sole discretion of an evaluator. All of our items are properly documented prior to shipping so that there is a clear record of the condition -
Get Refunded in Full
It's an unlikely event for a customer to make a return, but most go smoothly. If the item arrives in its original form and within the 30-day returns period, we’ll issue a full refund with no other fees deducted from the refund amount. Most refunds are issued within 1-2 business days of successfully receiving the returned item.
Our goal is to get you paid and the return finalized as quickly as possible. At this time we do not offer a store credit or the ability to exchange an item. Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method.
